1. Name the audience and the offer.
Describe one viewer and what they should understand. Use an approved product or service claim, then name the next action: enquire, book a demo, visit a page or buy through an agreed channel.
2. Choose the placements and versions.
List where the film will run, the required aspect ratios and planned duration. Decide whether captions, French and English versions, voice and cutdowns are included. Each version needs a review owner.
3. Bring usable references.
Supply brand files, approved product images and examples of the direction you like. Identify what must be represented accurately. Separate expressive concept imagery from a product demonstration that needs faithful details.
4. Approve the script and visual direction.
Review the message, scenes, voice and text before final production. Agree on fictional performers, AI-generated imagery and any disclosures relevant to the placement. Do not assume that a concept reference grants usage rights.
5. Define revision and usage terms.
Write down the review stages, included revisions, delivery formats and intended usage. Confirm whether source files, music, voice, translations or ongoing variants form part of the project. Unclear handoffs create avoidable production changes.
6. Connect the film to the enquiry.
Check that the destination page explains the same offer and that its contact path works. Use a campaign link to identify the source of submitted enquiries. Measure qualified conversations and proposals alongside video views.
